Safety Valve

1. Function: The high quality safety is designed to ensure operating safety of the air compressor.
2. Caution
a. When you change pistons, remove the valve cap and place it properly to prevent the external screw threads from being damaged.
b. When you need to change the sleeve, use a steel bar to strike it from inside of the valve cap hole. Hold the steel bar in a tight manner and make sure the threads around the inner hole are not damaged.
c. Users are not allowed to strike the sleeve bottom manually or using other hard objects so that the bottom seal will not be damaged leading to insecure seal.
d. Install the piston through the internal sleeve hole. When you use a 3/4 inch iron tube or manually to hit the piston pressure cap, be aware of not damaging the threads on the top of piston rod.
e. When presetting the safety valve pin bolt, you need to select one that matches the diameter of cylinder sleeve. Iron pins are not allowed to use.
f. Remember to add safety pin to the joint, in order to hold the bolt in place. Or as an alternative, you can bend the wire into a circle that has the same matching diameter with the pin bolt.
g. When you install the clamp nut, screw on the two diagonally opposed nuts first. Use your hand or other tools to measure the clearance between two flange plates to confirm that the around gap between them to be equal. Screw down the two nuts tightly. Install other nuts in the same manner.
h. When installing the piston in the reverse direction, press it slowly down the sleeve. Violent movement is not allowed to prevent damage to the piston lip.
